My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful, offering a cozy atmosphere with a spectacular view of the nearby landmarks. The staff were exceptionally helpful and provided a lot of great amenities, such as complimentary wine and snacks, which added to the experience. However, the room temperature control could have been better, as it felt a bit uneven at times. Overall, it was a delightful stay, though slightly impacted by minor room temperature issues.

The rooms were surprisingly spacious for New York City standards and included a kitchenette, which was perfect for our breakfast and snacks. However, we noticed that the heating wasn't very efficient at times.

The service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They quickly moved us to a more comfortable suite when they realized our earlier room wasn't optimal.
